In 1973 graduated from the architectural faculty of Belorussian polytechnic institute.
Since 1988 up to 1992 he studied in Minsk theological seminary.
A member of The Diocesan Council, a member of The Architectural-artistic counsil attached to the Diocesan office, a member of the commission for working-out of programmes of collaboration between Church and State "Culture and creative activities, protection, renewal and development of historical and cultural heritage", a head of the church-building, architecture and restoration commission, a member of The Union of architects of the Republic of Belarus, a confessor of the Republic social association "The Cossacks of Belarus", a Sunday school teacher, a prison clergyman.
Laureate of the State Prize for the "Clerical rebirth of Belarus" of year 1996, rewarded with honours of virtuous prince Daniil of Moscow of third and second degree, with an Order of Merit of The Cossacks of Belarus, with a breastplate of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

In 1984 graduated from physical faculty of Belofussian State University, a student of 6th year of instruction by correspondence of Minsk theological seminary, a key-master of the cathedral, a senior priest of the parish of house church of great martyr Anastasia the Tiesdestroyer (of the reformatory уж15/1), a member of an observation Council for control of correctional facilities attached to the administration of Frunzenskij district, a member of the commission for working-out of programmes of collaboration between Church and State "Precautions of offences, care of those who are in the institutions of confinement and serving their sentences", a Sunday school teacher, a prison clergyman. Rewarded with the medal of saint Sergij of Radonezh of the first degree. 
Prist Evgenij Junes
Was born on 07.07.1962. Consecrated on 01.04.1989.
In 1978 graduated from trade school

Prist Vladimir Shichko
Was born on 25.05.1954. Consecrated on 15.02.1994.
In 1976 graduated from physical faculty of Belofussian State University. In 1999 graduated from Minsk theological seminary. Senior priest of the chapel of blessed Matrona of Moscow (the society of the blind), a confessor of the sisterhood of nurses of saint Evphrosinia the Mother Superior of Polotsk, a Sunday school teacher.
Rewarded with the medal of saint Sergij of Radonezh of the first degree.
Prist Alexander Pronin
Was born on 18.08.1971. Consecrated on 21.04.1998.
In 1990 graduated from Minsk Glinka musical college, a student of the 6th year of Minsk theological seminary, a confessor of youth congregation of holy martyr Vladimir (Khirasko), a confessor of a cadet class of Republic social association "The Cossacks of Belarus", a prison clergyman.

Prist Victor Jakushev
Was born on 04.03.1973. Consecrated on 14.11.1998.
Finished 2 years of institute of radio engineering. Since 1996 up to 2000 was studying in Minsk theological seminary. Senior priest of the chapel of blessed Ksenia of Petersburg in Minsk (Children's isolation clinical hospital), a Sunday school teacher.

Deacon Alexander Vasiljev

In 1978 graduated from railway technical college in Samara.
Finished 1 year of Odessa theological seminary.

Deacon Jaroslav Bliznjuk
Was born on 16.07.1974. Consecrated on 13.04.1997.
In 1996 has graduated from the faculty of choral conducting of Belorussian university of culture.
Since 1997 up to 2000 was studying in Minsk theological seminary. A dierctor and a Sunday school teacher.
Deacon Dmitrij Romanovich
Was born on 08.09.1971.
Consecrated on 11.12.1999.
